IMPORTANT FACT SHEET POLICIES:

• Fact sheets and brochures for Portfolio Dynamix portfolios should never be available or disseminated to mass audiences or for general circulation. These may only be accessed through Portfolio Dynamix Advisor Portal.
• Fact sheet disclosure pages must be included in any presentation/engagement where used.

 

For Fact Sheets Containing Hypothetical Performance:

• Advisors must use reasonable judgement to present Fact sheets containing hypothetical portfolio performance to client(s) and/or prospect(s) with investment objectives and financial situations that are likely relevant to those of the portfolio.
• Utilize knowledge based on a(n) prior/existing relationship with the client(s) and/or prospect(s), their investment history/experience, net worth, and/or other fact-finding methods to assist with making a reasonable judgement.
• Fact sheets with hypothetical performance contain both risk tolerance and time horizon information to help with identifying the portfolio’s intended audience(s).
